Useful Mobile Tools

It is known that we cannot be in front of a computer all day so here we have some mobile apps to practice wherever you go!

Duolingo is a free mobile app and web page where you can practice vocabulary and a different variety of phrases which are divided in different units depending on your level at the language.

Tandem is another free app in which you can chat and make a video call with people around the world. It has many users and a wide range of languages to practice, specially English. You can also, if you want, help other people to write and speak in your own language. It is a funny way to learn and make new friends!

Word is the most common and probably the easiest to use writing software. It can help you to correct spelling mistakes, wrong punctuation and from time to time some grammar mistakes. It is a great way to check if we are writing the words properly. In case you don't have Microsoft Office installed in your computer, here's the link to Word online!

Other great tool when you have plenty of time at writing can be the online dictionaries. You can search for specific meanings in the words you want to include in your writing or look for synonyms so you can use a wider range of words.
